Who can be nominated: CEOs and Managing Directors of Australian RTOs, TAFEs, higher education providers, or national VET organisations, with minimum 12 months in the role.
Judging criteria:
• Strategic direction and execution (25%): clarity of strategy and quality of implementation
• Organisational performance including financial, quality, and learner outcomes (30%): balanced scorecard of organisational results
• Leadership, culture, and workforce development (25%): employee engagement, retention, and leadership pipeline
• Contribution to the wider sector (20%): public voice, policy engagement, and peer leadership
