Who can be nominated: Compliance managers at Australian RTOs, TAFEs, or higher education providers, with minimum 12 months in the role.
Judging criteria:
• Compliance framework and implementation (30%): architecture and embedding of the compliance system
• Audit and regulatory outcomes (30%): results from ASQA, TEQSA, state regulator, or internal audit
• Continuous improvement and sector engagement (20%): ongoing refinement and participation in compliance networks
• Team development and capability (20%): skill growth across the compliance team and wider staff
