Who can be nominated: E-learning designers, developers, LMS administrators, and strategists working with Australian RTOs, TAFEs, or training publishers, with minimum 12 months in the role.
Judging criteria:
• Instructional design quality (30%): pedagogical soundness of e-learning produced
• Learner engagement and outcomes (30%): retention, completion, and competency data
• Technology deployment and integration (20%): effective use of LMS and learning technology
• Innovation and sector contribution (20%): novel approaches and sharing of practice
