Who can be nominated: Training managers currently employed by an Australian RTO, TAFE, enterprise training provider, or higher education institution, with minimum 12 months in the role.
Judging criteria:
• Leadership of training teams (30%): quality of team direction, development, and performance management
• Quality and compliance of training programs (30%): alignment to training package requirements and regulatory standards
• Learner and employer satisfaction (25%): measured through survey and completion data
• Innovation and continuous improvement (15%): introduction of new practices that lifted outcomes
